jenkins jobs update

Hi,

I set netbeans-windows, netbeans-linux and netbeans-license to jdk11 as it's
now the default jdk.

 

I will remoe the following jobs netbeans-linux-jdk11-experiment
netbeans-linux-jdk11 as they seem redundant.
