I should have maybe also said, it has options for source, binaries and jars, code signing and remote deployment via pki all in code, all in java, has a multi class launcher and various other utilities to facilitate development and all source code is included. And I could probably set up a bitcoin payment system within a few months or less. I could make it available for you to try.
