Hi,

I think it makes sense to do this, the installer is a convenience binary
and shouldn't hold up the release of the IDE, in my opinion.

I can see I got a response on the Apple developer forums, but cant do
anything about it until later on tonight or at the weekend if I can't get
to it today, and I don't have any idea on how long this will take to solve
:(
