Ok. I figured this out.

I'm using https://github.com/jonathanlermitage/tikione-jacocoverage JaCoco
NB plugin which has been discontinued. It currently supports up to jdk8.
donwngrading my NB installation from jdk11 to jdk8 solved the problem (for
now).

Ive picked "Base Utilities API" modules as is has failed tests and takes
forever to test.

The coverage is low....

First I'll try to make the suite run a little faster and then Improve the
coverage.
