Hello! I attempted to download NetBeans 13 last night on Windows 10, and it was successfully downloaded (from what I could tell), after the program loaded the first time, it crashed, and now all I get is the "NetBeans 13 loading modules" screen before it crashes again and does not display the GUI.
Any suggestions on what to do? I have already attempted to uninstall and reinstall, but to no success.
