Of vote topic but: It's a pom to old info for NetBeans, license, mailing list issue and also easy release of the artefacts like nbm-maven-plugin. Also the mavenzied artefacts. It's a pom we have to release to central. On technical aspect want to keep a bit upgraded to match almost the embedded maven we have.
