I may have mentioned something similar previously on other releases but... On 14-rc2 (Windows 10), when importing from a previous release, the start page does not load anything on the page.
Working path 1. Assume a previous netbean revision with applicable netbeans settings present. 2. Removing my C:\Users\<userid>\AppData\Roaming\NetBeans\14-rc2 3. Start netbeans, 4. Select No to "import previous version", 5. View start page which should so current "What's new" and related page info and links. Fail path 1. Assume a previous netbean revision with applicable netbeans settings present. 2. Removing my C:\Users\<userid>\AppData\Roaming\NetBeans\14-rc2 3. Start netbeans, 4. Select Yes to "import previous version", 5. View start page which indicates issue loading page. So I guess it's a side effect of the import. Is this worthy of raising a bug? I've occasionally seen issues during "importing from previous", which are usually resolved by recommending deletion of the user folder and restart but was thinking if this specific case is occurring, maybe other similar issues may not be importing quite right and may be a pointer to other possible cleanups in that area.
