Hi, So, the issues with compile time constants means we're going to need an rc4. All pending PRs are merged to delivery - tests running now.
I can aim to merge to release branch and trigger a build tomorrow. Will also regenerate the sigtests and double check. I'm assuming there are no other concerns with the API changes?! https://github.com/apache/netbeans/pull/4487 Anything else in issues, etc. that looks like it's been missed?
