These are the steps I do.
1. I go to the "Services" tab
2. I right click on the "Task Repositories" node
3. I selected the option "Create Task Repository..."
4. In the window that appeared, I selected "JIRA" in the "Connector" field.
5. The message "The JIRA plugin is not installed" and the button "Download
JIRA plugin" appear. I click on that button. Nothing happens.
I click the button several times and nothing happens.
I check the IDE log and it doesn't show anything.
