In seriousness, yes, time to re-look at that PR and get it merged. I
assume we might be able to retrospectively regenerate the older
release notes?
I hope so yes, since releases do have a "edit release" button which
opens a form with an "update release" button. This would hopefully
update the release info without notifying users who watch the project
again and cause confusion.
The config in the PR might need more categories, I didn't put a lot of
thought into it - we certainly have more labels than that.
