Hi everyone, Great work as usual, ide26 is a pleasure to use. I am continuing my personal battle to tidy up the source code, and to that end it's no big problem. I am also attempting to move source to jdk21. Again this is not difficult, there is just a lot to do. With my whizzo M3 MacBook Air building the source code is a very acceptable less than five minutes.
However, the big problem I have is "cannot find symbol" which happens frequently! What am I doing wrong or not doing right to get rid of this error so I can just get on with things. Is there a specific methodology I should be using to work on the code base? Should I be using the version of NetBeans created after doing "ant build" or should I be using a separate build of NetBeans? Please any/all advice would be gratefully accepted.
