Neil, again thanks for your helpful prior guidance.  The module dependency
for  org.apache.commons.httpclient was fully removed, and a separate .jar
installed in the project instead.  Pretty simple.

Did some further testing of plugin installation today.  Originally had
trouble installing a newly built X3D-Edit plugin despite successful
clean/rebuild under NetBeans29-rc2.  Carefully tried installing and
building everything several times, but no joy.

Then after an unresponsive restart with no plugin appearing, I tried simply
restarting NetBeans29-rc2 a second time... poof presto, there it was
finally, plugin running.  Whew!

Am offering this after-action report in case it helps others with their
plugin testing.  We will submit an X3D-Edit plugin update request to the
NetBeans Plugin Portal in a few days.

Thanks for many great efforts with NetBeans29.
