Possibly this
https://github.com/apache/netbeans-mavenutils-nbm-maven-plugin/blob/609a1e22b789abcc67d98310c83a322a309084dc/nbm-maven-plugin/src/main/java/org/apache/netbeans/nbm/AbstractNbmMojo.java#L358
 ??

Eric has started work on support for Maven 3.10 in
https://github.com/apache/netbeans-mavenutils-nbm-maven-plugin/pull/373
Patrik, I'm sure your input, testing and feedback would be most
welcomed!

Best wishes,

Neil
