Since https://github.com/emilianbold/main-silver is just my personal repository just make a normal github pull request.
I have commit rights so I will then try to commit your patch to the canonical repository which right now is still the NetBeans Mercurial repository. Since Mercurial does not have, afaik, a separation between author and commiter (or signed off) I will use my user and add your name in the commit message.
