Thanks a lot for the support and advice throughout this process, Ate. The two addition commits you see are specifically to enable the build to succeed, there were two small problems in that area. And in general for right now, and of course we need to discuss this as a community, we probably should focus on simply getting a first release done, i.e., the absolute minimum Apache requirements, of which one is the relicensing indeed.
