OK, done, added a URL to the issue.

The key problem right now is that the longer the process takes on the
Apache side, the greater the likelihood that the Oracle side will not be
able to help anymore because Oracle OpenWorld is coming up fast and the DNS
engineer who is very willing and eager to help with this process is going
to reprioritize and focus on his Oracle OpenWorld responsibilities instead,
soon.
