I was eventually able to set breakpoints after initially setting PHP debugging to stop at first line. After the debugger paused that first time I was able to set breakpoints. Maybe because I enabled something when I tried to set a breakpoint in a Java source file, which worked, and then I was able to set a breakpoint in a PHP file. Can someone reproduce this?
