Sorry, I should have mentions that "Next" and "Finish" buttons are disabled.   
Only "Back" and "Cancel" are enabled.

If you select "Java with Maven", that means you're using a build of Apache
NetBeans 11. Indeed, you're then asked, as in Apache NetBeans 9 and 10,
whether to install and activate features etc. Just click the button and all
should be well.
