I don't think two votes for that are useful, nor required. I suggest instead discussing a draft resolution here and then starting a [DISCUSS] thread on general@incubator for graduation, followed by a [VOTE] on graduation there, that includes the resolution. The timing is infortunate, the next Board meeting is next Wednesday which is probably too short to get all this done with the required waiting periods, so graduation would actually happen at the April Board meeting.
