NetBeans build ant target "netbeans-ml"

Hi all,
nbbuild/build.xml contains a reference to an ant target named
"netbeans-ml". I've been searching for a while now in the sources to find
the definition of this target.
Does anybody remember/know?
Googling also didn't help.
