[DISCUSS] NiFi Registry 0.5.0 release

It looks like we are close to wrapping up the remaining items for an
0.5.0 release. There is one open PR that integrates the latest FDS
release into the UI which looks like it is close to getting in. Once
that wraps up I think we can get an RC out. I'm happy to perform RM
duties.
