This PR needs someone familiar with and able to test with something using
XMPP.  And to verify license and notice (which at a quick glance looks good
for the nar itself but not rolled up to the assembly license and notice).
And we need to be sure the source is all originally authored.  It just isnt
always possible to find reviewers with that knowledge.  The capability may
still be useful to a lot of people and so a good path is to put this on
your own github rep as a processor people build and use.   Anyway, someone
may still step up and review this just giving you options.

You can help your cause a bit as well by reviewing other peoples PRs too.
