I'm trying to modify a NiFi instance (NiagaraFiles Community 4.14.0 with Apache
Nifi 0.7.1.c) to instrument the user interface using AppDynamics. It requires
that I insert a code snippet for the JavaScript end user monitoring agent. I
have found that it has .jsp files where I would expect to insert the code, but
it looks like the code gets replaced each time I make a modification.

Manual Injection of the JavaScript
Agent<https://docs.appdynamics.com/21.4/en/end-user-monitoring/browser-monitoring/browser-real-user-monitoring/inject-the-javascript-agent/manual-injection-of-the-javascript-agent>
This page describes how to instrument a browser application by manually
injecting the JavaScript Agent. To configure the JavaScript Agent before
injection, see Configure the JavaScript Agent.. Manually Inject the JavaScript
Agent

The files, I found are under the nifi-current/work directory. I'm assuming the
files are replaced by the files in the lib and lib_community directories which
appear to be unfamiliar archive files. Would the modifications have to be made
to those files?

Thanks,
Jamal Wills
