Thanks for the responses!

I created a Jira Release for 1.23.1 [1] and tagged a number of issues. I
included the bug fixes and the majority of the dependency upgrades as they
contained patch-level or security-relevant changes.

There are still a couple tagged issues pending review, but I plan to start
the build process soon after these are reviewed and merged.
