I'm trying to track down the parameter sync issue I posted earlier. My understanding is that the parameters are stored in the Registry unless you configure your own parameter provider. Is that right? We're just using a Registry instance without any custom providers. Trying to figure out why we did not get the new parameters on the base context to sync.
