encrypt-config does not exist in NiFi Toolkit 2.5.0, yet all documentation suggests it does

Hello NiFi Team,

Is there more current on-line documentation for Apache NiFi (and NiFi
Registry) which accurately explains how to encrypt passwords in
configuration files?

is not accurate.
