Hi, Following the discussion on JIRA here [1], I'd like to call a vote to update the Bulletin Repository for this new feature.
Following set precedence for NIPs, I'll conduct this vote with 'lazy consensus’ [2]. The vote will be open for 3 days and if no one objects we will consider the NIP has been approved.
