Team,

I'd like to start a lazy-consensus vote [1] for NIP-44 [2], which proposes
allowing a Stateless Process Group to optionally buffer FlowFile content in
memory instead of writing it to the configured Content Repository. The
default would remain writing to the Content Repository; in-memory buffering
would be opt-in for cases where the flow keeps little data in flight or the
instance is dedicated to that group.

Per our NIP voting policy, this is proposed as a 72-hour vote. I'll leave
this open for 72 hours, and if nobody objects I will consider the NIP
approved.

The actual PR/code change will still go through our normal RTC process.

Thanks
- Mark
