Yes, you can check off these items. I just took a look over the files and the license headers seem to be in pretty good shape. The LICENSE and NOTICE for the project still need work, and we will have to address that before release (see http://www.apache.org/dev/licensing-howto.html). But I think we can check the box saying the files reflect the new ASF copyright.
