+1, followed Joe's steps line by line for all three artifacts. Everything checks out. App starts, verified things I personally worked on are included.
Only comment, when I ran mvn clean install -Pcontrib-check on nifi it's self, some artifacts were "skipped", assembly, nifi docs. I then wen't back and did a mvn install, and everything built. Any ideas here?
