1) provide (maybe link) to the full pom file
2) lightswitch_model somewhere described as json, somewhere yaml and yml.
3) IDEA Idea - when you create an application you should select template
'Application' and modeil name
4) mess with scala and java folders (maven structure)
5) describe concrete scala and java version
