As a general comment, with mentoring hat on, I'd normally expect at least
one email to the dev list when the report is prepared. Letting other
developers know it is there in case they have comments/suggestions and
letting mentors know it is ready for sign off. I wouldn't rely on cwiki
notifications or other mailing lists.
