Ready in NLPCRAFT-283 (based on NLPCRAFT-278)
org.apache.nlpcraft.model.dialog.NCDialogSpec and
org.apache.nlpcraft.model.dialog.NCDialogSpec2 don't work.
Seems to flow processed incorrectly.
BTW - Why these methods cannot be implemented in model instance?
