Philip - sorry for the confusion.
As I mentioned the project is undergoing a significant redesign (to
dramatically simplify its usage going forward). If you need a stable version
today - just to go [https://nlpcraft.apache.org/download.html] , download the
latest 0.9.0 version and follow installation instructions. This would have
everything working (including nlpcraft.\{sh|cmd} scripts, etc.)
NOTE AGAIN: 'master' branch of the project IS NOT compatible with the current
website documentation.
