Hi Chris,

Could you please send a commit for the site which would also publish the
source. I'm looking at the PDF's generated by forrest in the process of
making them more reader friendly. I notice that [1] has not been updated as
well as it's cousin in /publish. I think this might be due to the source not
being committed and only the published material.

Apologies in advance if I'm incorrect on this one.
