We did that over on Gora [0] and it is a piece of cake to make adhoc changes to the site. All you need to do is bookmark a JavaScript widget and you can make changes to the site like so. As a suggestion, I recently wrote the site for an initiative I was involved in at Stanford. The website is OK but most importantly the home page is pretty smooth and easy to navigate. If you guys think that a Nutch tailored adaption of this would be welcome then I could probably spin it up over the weekend. Just let me know and I'll get to work.
