Patch which removes the indexer.solr subpackage and deprecates the calls to the
solrdedup.
All SOLR related code now lives in the indexer-solr plugin, shall we move the
schema.xml, solrindex-mapping.xml and schema-solr4.xml from the main conf dir
to the plugin as well?
