Patch for 2. HEAD which makes the upgrade to Gora 0.7-SNAPSHOT but which relies
upon you patching Gora locally with a patch (NUTCH-1946_Gora_fixes.patch also
attached).
This now makes the upgrades and passes all tests locally.
Thank you to [~hsaputra] for debugging the Hadoop shims. Real big help from
Henry.
