Hi, I am also getting a similar error. Is this issue because of prior installation of gdal, tesseract? I was using Tika 1.7 but it didn't work with 1.8 when I tried to build it. I did a clean svn checkout pull and then built it buy encountered similar errors as above.
Is there a patch for this? Or has anyone found a fix for this?
