This PR adds all dependencies. There is a major issue with `compile-core`
target right now meaning that no downstream targets work e.g. `runtime`, `job`,
`jar`, etc.
We need to look into the `compile-core` target and make sure that it is
working as expected. Without this target we have nothing working.
