Fix For: 1.23
[Hadoop 3.5.0|https://hadoop.apache.org/docs/r3.5.0/index.html] has been
released, "the first Hadoop release with full support for Java 17. On the
server side, Java 17 is required. On the client side, Java 17 and Java 21 are
supported."
This fits well with the fact that Nutch 1.23 also requires Java 17.
