The [Nutch Webapp|https://github.com/apache/nutch-webapp] repository hasn't
seen any commits since 5 years. NUTCH-3165 removed the Nutch service entirely,
the Webapp was removed from Nutch's Docker setup. We should add a comment in
the README that the Webapp is no longer maintained. If possible request from
Infra the archival of the Git repository.
