The [junit-report](https://github.com/apache/nutch/actions/runs/24752578703) and [sonarcloud](https://github.com/apache/nutch/actions/runs/24752578995) downstream/dependent GitHub CI workflows fail due to restrictions imposes by [ASF Infra](https://github.com/apache/infrastructure-actions/blob/main/approved_patterns.yml).
