Are you planning on keeping the bitbucket space live here with the releases
for the foreseeable future? I want to link to the downloads for the
releases on the Apache NuttX webpage.

Yes, probably.  If/when the project graduates, there could be issues 
with the name and trademark.  I think I will always have grandfather 
rights to use the name, I am not sure.   But I won't be updating the 
downloads with Apache releases, that much is for certain.
