Xiao Li, Thanks for putting this together! I really like the newer look to it. The old one I really feel is dated, and it is time for something fresh and I appreciate the formal design process that you went through. As for capital letters/mixed case I don't think it should matter to much, you see the same styling going on with the Linux Foundation branding where they are heavily using the all caps.
