Hi Alan, yes, that's ispVM.

The original from Lattice can be found in the installation folder of
Lattice Diamond SW.
usr/local/programmer/diamond/3.12/embedded_source/vmembedded/sourcecode/ispvme/

That is one way for Lattice!
