As long as we don't include our doc in the distro we're fine but I'd feel
more comfortable (in case we actually decide to include it someday) if we
treated doc contributions in the same way as code patches: a Jira issue with
an attachment and the magic checkbox. So far our doc is not "tainted" in
terms of IP and keeping it that way will keep us out of big hurdles down the
road.
