a new IMAManager class that should take care of the following:
-conflictingReceive found based upon partnerLink+operation+correlationSet,
check all MEP
-handling open IMAs separately from IMAs, conflicitingRequest detected by
findAssociate method
-opening IMA (associate) takes selector index, only opens the selector for the
given index
-introduced RequestIdTuple (partnerLink+operation+correlationSet) and
ReplyIdTuple (partnerLink+operation+mex)
