The move to Saxon 9.x was part of the fix for .ODE-369. The Saxon issue that
was patched is:

The Saxon patch was provided by Michael Kay from Saxon and was included in
Saxon 9.1.0.3.
Also note that Saxon-B is available under the Mozilla Public License, not an
Apache license.
