You can try placing Java under C: and try again. I'm not sure why gcc cannot find your jni.h.
As a workaround, you can install jruby and install Buildr on it. We provide a standalone Buildr here: buildr-and-buildr4osgi-1.4.0-jruby-1.4.0.20091219.zip<http://www.intalio.org/public/maven2/org/apache/buildr/buildr-and-buildr4osgi-1.4.0-jruby-1.4.0.20091219.zip> Install it and use it like ant.
